Afternoon Tea

The kids r at a growing stage. They get hungry after 1-2 hrs after lunch n will always ask for snacks. Oreo with milk, cereal with milk, cakes, cookies, etc... Everyday, they'll jus seem to eat n eat... Is this normal??
