Grandstand Turf City

Xiao-gu and all celebrated mummy's birthday last nite. So we went to Grandstand at Turf City to take a look.

We had dinner at the Korean restaurant before strolling at Pasarbella. Daddy bought ice-cream for them. Then we went home to cut cake.

Thank you all for the dinner!

JBP visit

We had the pass to the JBP on Sat. Asked Shermaine's family along. Daddy cldn't make it this time cos he had a corporate photoshoot.

We watched 2 of the shows and saw a few of the bird exhibits. The kids kept asking to go for the water play. They weren't really keen in the exhibits at all. So, after a trip to the Lory Loft, upon Brandon's request, they played under the hot sun. We had lunch before heading home.

Phonics Class

Caden's phonics class is now on Friday nite. Jus last Friday, Daddy had to attend the SCAL dinner. Mummy brought him to class by bus.

He said he was tired. So I carried him from our home to the bus stop. After class, he made me do the same thing. (•_•)" V tired...

He was v happy after class cos the teacher gave them each some tidbits for Children's Day.

Exams coming!

Exams are coming soon! When there's no CCA today, mummy made Alicia and Brandon do some assessment exercise. Whoa!! Can vomit blood when getting Brandon to do leh... After some persuading and scolding, he finally completed 2 maths worksheets. Phew!

As for Caden, he completed his homework earlier so it was play time!

Keene's Birthday

After swimming class on Sunday, we dropped Brandon at his friend Keene's place in Hougang. He was so looking forward to it.

We went for our lunch and headed home to rest. Daddy tried on his suits for his upcoming events - dinner and corporate photoshoot. Still look nice...

Fetched Brandon home and m glad that he enjoyed playing with his friends.

Mummy turns 40

Mummy celebrated my birthday on 21 Sep, Sat. It's another milestone for me - reaching the big 4.

We brought the kids to have their haircut in the morning, after McDonald's breakfast. After settling their lunch, Daddy and Mummy went out for part-tor.

This year, there was no fanfare expensive dinner. All the restaurants that we wanna go we're fully booked. All thanks to the F1 weekend. We had light snacks at the Hilton Hotel's Lobby Cafe. Met Small-Yi before going shopping.

Decided on Marmalade Pantry at Ion for dinner as there's no q. We continued shopping before going to meet friends for karaoke!

It was supposed to be a birthday celebration for Alvin but they ended up giving me a surprise cake instead.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful birthday, including my sis-in-law n MIL for looking after my kids.

Special thanks to hubby for footing the bill for everything for the day! Muacks!!

Birthday card for Mummy

Daughters are best. Of the 3, only Alicia bothers to draw a birthday card for me. I nearly burst out laughing when I saw it. Gradually, I wanted to cry after seeing the card. Daddy was jealous that she even made an envelope for me. She tries..., really to draw a beautiful card for mummy. Thank you, my darling. I love u!

Kids Celebrated Birthday with Mummy

Alicia and Brandon had no school on Friday cos it was PSLE Listening Comprehension day. I let Caden skip school too.

After sending Daddy to work, I went home to wash up for the kids.

Mummy planned the day for the kids to celebrate my birthday.

First, we went to USS. Had lunch at China Bistro before going for the usual rides. This time, we explored further behind the Jurassic Park. Brandon saw the rock climbing activity and was very keen. So I paid $5 for him to try. Alicia and Caden didn't want to tho. He had abit of difficulty at certain parts but I'm glad he persevered and completed the course.

We left for VivoCity to buy a birthday present for Keene, Brandon's best friend. He has invited B over for his birthday celebration on Sunday. Brandon also chose a present for himself. A reward for saving up $100 Tan $.

Then we went to Sembawang Park. It was so far away... But mummy saw few Facebook posts on the new playground and tot it'll b fun for them. Hmmm... Alicia was hesitant cos of the sand and the obstacles were a bit too diff for Caden. Seems like only Brandon played the most. Washed them up abit before going to Daddy's ofc to fetch him.

Mummy's battery went flat after a whole day out. Had to borrow the security guard's phone to call Daddy.

We rushed to Serangoon Gardens Sushi Tei for dinner. Brandon was so hungry till he cried! Caden ate first cos he has to attend his phonics class fr 8-9pm. We enjoyed our dinner slowly while waiting for his class to b over. He was so happy when all of us went to fetch him.

They were all so tired... Slept very fast. I love you, my children! Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me (although it's to places u all love).

Mid-Autumn Festival

八月十五庆中秋. It was Mid-autumn Festival, or Lantern Festival as we commonly call it, yesterday. We had planned to bring the kids out to somewhere to take lantern. But, Shermaine's mummy invited the kids over to her place when I fetched the kids after school. Of cos they agreed immediately lah!

Mummy din cook dinner as Ah Ma n Xiao-gu were not hving it at home. So, we waited for Daddy to come home from work before going to grab a fast meal.

Daddy & I left the kids to play lantern n their toys while we went to Tampines Mall to exchange the Mio TV remote control.

By the time we reach their place again, they were perspiring all over! They refused to leave n continued playing!

Glad they enjoyed themselves.
